Bad Friend
I threw my best friend, Jennifer, a baby shower oooohhhhhhhh a good MONTH ago...and I never posted or put up some pictures :( BAD BAD BAD!

My new best friend
The toilet.
Had to take an unexpected trip to my doctor today. **Warning, this may be TMI for some of you, so don't say I didn't warn you**
Lately, my "potty breaks" have become more and more frequent...and I would complain to the other women at work about it and they would just tell me, "What used to be normal, isn't normal anymore, you're PREGNANT". So I just chalked it up to "being pregnant". Well, last night was the straw that broke the camel's back. Austin and I went to bed at 10, and I kid you not- I got up to "potty" EVERY-SINGLE-HOUR!!!! Until having to roll out of bed at 6 to get ready for work, ugh! Even with being a newbie with pregnancy, I knew, that CANNOT be right. So after going a few million more times at work, I decided, for my peace of mind, I would just pay a visit to my doctor. They so graciously fit me in and sure enough, I do have an UTI, but she said it was early on. RELIEF! I got my prescription this evening and I'm on my way to a better bladder! lol. Please pray it goes away quickly!!
Aside from all of that loveliness, it was a great excuse to get to hear our little one's heart beat for the first time with the doppler today! :) The doctor also went over my u/s from Tuesday and she said baby is growing wonderfully and everything looks great...Grow baby grow!
I have no "belly pics" to post as of yet, because I still have no belly. But I'm ok with that. There is PLENTY of time for me to grow one, lol.
Well, that is all the fun stories I have for tonite, going to spend some quality family time on the couch! :)

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes...
Yep, that's right...
I am proud to introduce you to our little "Bean" (as he/she will be called until we know if it's a he/she :))

**Our original due date was February 3, 2010. Today I had another u/s done (the pics above) and the tech informed me that Bean was measuring up to be around 13w and 3d, bumping me up a week and making my NEW due date January 30! :)**
I have had such a wonderful pregnancy so far, it's been hard to believe I'm actually pregnant!! I have had absolutely NO morning sickness AT ALL, just some food aversions (which I would take ANY day over being sick!). I'm not bragging, I'm THANKFUL! :) Austin and I are over the moon thrilled and cannot wait to start shopping and preparing. We only have a few more weeks and then we can find out who's been hanging around in my tummy!
I haven't posted in awhile because, well, I didn't have anything else that would compare to this news, so I stayed away for a little while.
But...we're back!! ;)
(Please keep us in your prayers that this pregnancy will continue on this smooth path and that baby will continue to grow strong and healthy!)

Discovery Cove
My family and Austin and I went to Discovery Cove earlier this month. The tickets are a *little* costly, but they are SOOO worth it!! We got to the resort a little after 8 in the morning and didn't leave until 5. They have a lazy river that goes through an atrium where you can feed some pretty awesome birds, a man-made coral reef where you can snorkle with some huge manta rays/stingrays and crazy fish, and then of course you have the dolphins. You spend about 30 minutes with "your" dolphin. Ours was named Diego :) The trainer showed us how to teach him a few tricks, we got to pet him/kiss him, and then we got to....RIDE HIM!!! It was the coolest thing EVER! I would recommend Discovery Cove to anyone....it was an amazing experience!! Here are a few pictures from the day:
