How far along: 14w2d
Total weight gain/loss: 0 (Woo! The longer the weight takes to pack on, the better!)
Maternity clothes: I'm still in the weird inbetween stage. Right now, there is no need for preggo tops...not even in the near future so it seems. I bought two new pairs of maternity jeans because none of my old maternity bottoms fit, they are all too big. (Since I lost a good amount of weight since last time) I have been wearing both pairs because they are super comfy. One is still kind of big but is better than being uncomfortable in normal pants.
**Also, can I add...they say you start showing alot quicker the second time around. So I was really looking forward to that, because who likes being in that "I think that lady's pregnant, oooorrr maybe she's just chubby??" stage?? This has not been true for me. I just have a "pudge pocket" (I so lovingly like to call it) that's awkward. I can't really suck it in anymore but it's still soft and smooshy, ew sorry that sounds gross. So yeah...baby, you can kindly stick out now anytime you want! ;)
Stretch marks: Ehh, no new ones.
Sleep: So stinking horrible. I maybe sleep like 5 hours. I get up every two hours to pee. NO LIE. The peeing is SO much worse this time. I think my bladder is shot.
Movement: I actually felt little Nuggey (this one's nickname is "Nugget") move a little before my 13th week. (I'm pretty sure I felt Peyton earlier than I did but I just didn't know what to look for) I'm not at the point of feeling constant movement yet, but the fact that I can feel a little "flutter" here and there is SO awesome. I can't wait for Peyton to feel it!!
Food cravings: Still having MAJOR food aversions. Like, IwishIdidnthavetoeat kind of feelings. However I do have a few "staple foods" that I can pretty much eat at any given time:
1. Grilled cheese sandwiches...YUM
2. Greek Salad from Panera
3. California Rolls
4. Cheese and crackers
I HATE chicken. I hated it with Peyton and it's returned this time too. Chicken= BARF...just so we're clear. Labor Signs: Pshh no.
Belly Button in or out: My poor misshapen belly button...it's still in. I'm afraid to see what it will look like after this child....
What I miss: Sleeping!!!!!!! And being able to eat whatever
Weekly Wisdom: I have no wisdom to share at the moment.
Milestones: We had our second doctor's appt a week ago and got to hear the little one's heartbeat. Love that :) Peyton has made the association of "the baby" to my belly. Even though I know she doesn't understand the magnitude of a baby, when I ask her where her baby brother or sister is she'll point to my stomach and say "belly". She'll even kiss it sometimes too ♥
