Happy 2nd Birthday to my sweet little girl!

Baby girl, you have made parenthood an awesome adventure! Being your Momma has been the BIGGEST blessing and privilege. I can't believe we are already celebrating another year with you! This year we got to see your little personality come alive as you grew and learned more. You are so sweet but have quite the stubborn streak. But that's no surprise ;) I can't wait to see all that you will do and learn this next year. Your Daddy and I love you more than you will ever know!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Peyton!!

The Nothing.

Ever watched The Never Ending Story?? If you have, then you understand the title. I feel as if The Nothing has washed over my blogging brain. I haven't blogged since the BEGINNING of the month!! Been feeling very uninspired lately and I'm trying to fix this issue, promise =)

Goodbye 2011, Hello 2012!

Yet another year has come and gone. We had a wonderful Christmas with family. We were all spoiled with gifts we did not need. We ate more delicious food than we should have. But that's the point right?? :)

A quick review of 2011:

This past year was overall pretty calm. We started the year with Peyton's 1st birthday and it went perfectly. We got quite the use out of one of her presents which was passes to the zoo. Around the middle of February I decided I needed to lose some weight and shape up for my sister's wedding. In April we celebrated Austin's 27th birthday, Peyton got to go to her very first Orange and Blue game in the Swamp and we celebrated Easter. In May I started my Etsy shop. In July I met my weight loss goal (-22 lbs!!), we had my sister's beautiful wedding and Peyton was halfway to TWO! In August I did my very first product review here on the blog and started getting craftier around the house. I also became very addicted to thrifting. In October, Austin and I celebrated our 5th anniversary with a trip to New York which was also our first time leaving Peyton. The trip was awesome and Peyton had so much fun with my parents, she didn't even know we were gone. We celebrated my 27th birthday and took Peyton Trick or Treating for the first time. November brought another yummy Thanksgiving. December was full of Christmas cheer as I shared our Christmas card and fav movies for the season. We took Peyton to see Santa for the first time and are hoping for a better visit next year. And ended the year with another wonderful Christmas and New Year with our families.

Whew! I know this year is going to blow last year out of the water!

On to Peyton's 2nd birthday....!!!!
